Get involved

There are numerous volunteering opportunities on the Downs and in Leigh Woods. From practical conservation work such as coppicing and dead hedging to helping with butterfly surveys or getting involved with our education programme, our volunteers play a vital role in helping to protect and promote these fantastic sites.

Volunteering can be an enjoyable and rewarding experience. If you’d like to learn more about woodland management, learn new skills and contribute to your local woodland, then contact us to find out about the various opportunities and ways that you can get involved.
