Our weekly pre-school child + adult nature club is a joyful mix of discovering the natural world through seasonal activities and getting closer to nature and your child, in the mature woodland and wildflower meadow of the Downs. Share the experience with like-minded families who value experiencing our uplifting nature with their child.

Each week we follow an immersive seasonal theme in our activities, enjoy a craft or creativity spot and finish with a warm drink and biscuit for everyone as we listen to a story. Our themes this early autumn term include: ‘Discovering creatures of the Downs’; ‘Autumn colours’; ‘Seeds and berries’; ‘Gruffalo’; ‘Autumn trees’.

Suitable for children age 2-4 years with their adult. Younger children are welcome for free but your pre-schooler will need you to enjoy the session with them, engaging in the activities alongside them. We aim to stay outside for all of our session but in case of very inclement weather, a safe indoor and outdoor space is available. Toilets are available at the end of our sessions.

Your tutor is a very experienced environmental educator who is DBS checked and first aid trained.
