A year in the life of birdsong talk

During 2020, Tim Dowling started recording the birds singing on the Downs, creating a remarkable collection of recordings. In tonight’s talk, Ed Drewitt will use them to show how the peak dawn chorus develops during the course of an hour and how birds change their singing behaviour throughout the year. Tim will also share how he went about making the recordings and what his personal highlights were.
At Bristol Zoo Gardens. Venue accessible to wheelchair users.
